Shivam Sinha is the CEO and Co-founder of Indiassetz. He is responsible for driving business development and growing the company to new heights. Indiassetz, his brainchild, was formed through his assessment of a gap in the realty space and a vision of how to meet this requirement. Under his guidance and leadership, Indiassetz has grown from a 5 member team to 70+.
Prior to Indiassetz, Shivam has a couple of decades experience in the banking industry. During his banking tenure, Shivam has led various divisions such as mortgages and premium acquisitions and was also in charge of driving several new initiatives. As regional head of Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), Shivam was managing a 300+ member team across 20+ locations. Shivam was also chosen as one of a 3-member team in the country to revive the portfolio of Prime Financials, a wholly owned subsidiary of SCB, within a short span of 6 months. Shivam holds a MBA degree from Institute Of Finance and International Management (IFIM) Bangalore and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.
As one of the founding members of Indiassetz, Seema Harsha holds the chair of the Chief Operating Officer. In her role, she is responsible for driving business through effective operations management; provide asset intelligence and strategic leadership for effective customer engagement.
With a progressive experience of over 17 years with depth with diversity as a valuable distinction in her professional career across Finance industry, Seema lends to the Indiassetz team, her expertise on Market Analysis, Business Development, Forecasting and alike.
She began her career with the Centurion Bank Ltd. back in 2002 (now HDFC) and having worked with Standard Chartered Bank for two non-consecutive stints and also at HSBC, Seema in her last assignment, as Zonal CEO (South India) with DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance, not only established the base for DHFL Pramerica in South, but also led the team ably setting the pace for business and taking it from 5 Crore to 500 Crore.

Fueled by her hunger for personal growth and will to apply the breadth of knowledge in the financial services industry, Seema co-founded Indiassetz with Shivam in 2014 and assumed the chair of COO at Indiassetz.
Seema is a double management graduate with an 'Executive General Management Program' from IIM Bengaluru. Clarity of purpose, Empathy and Customer centricity at the core of her leadership style, she essays the role of a mentor not only for her team at Indiassetz but for the hundreds of women who aspire to make it big in the corporate world.
Seema is a known name in Women forums across the country and has been a guest speaker/panelist at various events organized for women at work place. Seema strives to inspire more women to negotiate work and home and lends her elaborate experience in the industry-coaching women to assume leadership roles.
Seema is based out of Bengaluru where she lives with her husband and their son.
Vibin is the director for the WIRE execution strategy and is responsible for the Women in Real Estate (WIRE) vertical as a part of business development. He brings with him over a decade of experience in customer service across the hospitality and call center industries before joining the banking world. In the banking industry he spent a considerable amount of time with some of the leading international banks as a key member of the sales team, significantly improving the efficacy of the sales operations team. Vibin is a Bachelor of Science graduate in Mathematics from University of Calicut. Vibin is a sports enthusiast and enjoys traveling and meeting new people.
Anshuman is the director of the following departments: Interiors & Construction, Property Management, Loans & Structured Transactions. Overlooking several departments, Anshuman is one of the key employees of Indiassetz. Anshuman brings with him a rich experience in the banking foray spanning 18+ years across divisions from sale of liability products to retail loans and mortgages. Anshuman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Bapurao Deshmukh College of Engineering (BDCOE) in Wardha, Maharashtra
Divya is the director of the transactions and advisory unit of Indiassetz where she handles retail transactions and real estate advisory divisions. She is instrumental in delivering value to customers and minimizing the turnaround time for transactions. She has several decades of experience across the leading banks and prior to joining Indiassetz, she was the head of operations at HDFC Bank. Divya exudes the entrepreneurial spirit through her experience of starting a fashion design firm. Divya holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Business Management from Mangalore University. She is passionate about music, fine art, and history.
Siddharth Shah is Director and a founding member of Indiassetz in Hyderabad and Mumbai. Siddharth specializes in new business development and strategy and spearheads the same for Indiassetz. Siddharth has extensive experience of over two decades in banking sector across retail, lending, wealth management, and real estate wealth management. He began his career in banking and finance as one of the founding members of Tata AIG Life Insurance before moving to Standard Chartered Bank. Siddharth is a MBA Gold Medalist from Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce degree holder from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Siddharth is passionate about nature, birdwatching, rock conservation and photography.
Kapil Mishra is the brand custodian of Indiassetz. He is responsible for building the brand of Indiassetz from the ground up. He will oversee the entire marketing, social media communication and advertising to help establish Indiassetz as the premiere real estate brand. Kapil has previously worked at Lowe Lintas as the Regional Creative Officer (South), where he handled advertising accounts like Flipkart, Tanishq, Swiggy, Britannia, HSBC, PhonePe, and more. Apart from consulting with Indiassetz, Kapil is a filmmaker and writer who is currently writing a web show and directing TV commercials.
